Information on the service provider
Curved Culture GmbH
Volbedingstraße 2
04357 Leipzig
Saxony
General description of the service
Sale and purchase of sports cars, luxury SUVs and special-edition models via the website curvedculture.com and directly at our location in Leipzig.
The online services comprise searching the current vehicle inventory, submitting vehicle enquiries, a multi-step form for selling your vehicle to us, a multi-step form for financing enquiries, and a contact form.
Explanations on how the service is provided
Via the website curvedculture.com, customers can view vehicles from our inventory, submit enquiries about vehicles, offer their vehicle for sale to us, submit a non-binding financing enquiry and send general contact requests. The forms are part of the website itself. Contact is also possible by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.
The website has a responsive design and is optimised for desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
Status of compliance with the requirements
The service described above is partially compliant with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).
The following parts/content/functions of the service are not accessible:
Embedded third-party content is not entirely within our sphere of control. This applies in particular to the Google Maps map on the contact page, which is only loaded after you click, and to the vehicle widget; for these elements, limitations regarding keyboard operation, screen reader output and contrast cannot be ruled out. Directions and the address are additionally available as text; vehicle, sale and financing enquiries can also be made at any time by phone, e-mail or via the contact form.
For the website itself, the following measures, among others, have been implemented: semantic HTML with one main heading per page, full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator, a “Skip to content” link, ARIA attributes for interactive elements (menu, expandable questions, form steps), text contrast in accordance with WCAG AA, flexibly scaling font sizes, alternative text for all content images, and respect for the “reduce motion” system setting (including for the logo animation).
Non-accessible parts of the service – implementation deadlines
The accessibility of the embedded third-party content is being continuously improved together with the providers; a specific date for complete remediation cannot be given at present. Until then, the alternative contact channels mentioned above are available.
